Descendents of Ireneous Bruce Dodge.
The ancestry of Ireneus is through Richard Dodge. This has been proved through DNA, but we have not yet been able to find the paper trail.
We also have photos of tombstones for this family.

Photo of John Heinks Dodge in his house in Pryor, Oklahoma, before his move to Galesburg, Illinois. Evidently, he wore a size '19' inch shirt. We presume that was the neck size. Inset in this picture is the picture shown further down on this page, of his wife, Jennie Mae.
John Heinkes Dodge was a son of Ireneus. He married Jennie Mae Sheldon, and they had 4 children. In the back row, from the left, John Heinks Dodge, his sister, Mary A. Dodge, his son, Lawrence A., and his wife, Jenniw Mae (Sheldon) Dodge. In the front row, from left to right, John Bruce Dodge, and Phillip Ammon Dodge. This picture is taken in front of their home, 489 Clark St., Galesburg, Illinois, July 26, 1911.
This is a photo of John Heinks Dodge's home at 489 Clark St., Galesburg, Illinois. TThe house is still there. The building behind the house is the coach house. In the buggy are John Heinks Dodge, his wife, Jennie Mae (Sheldon) Dodge, and Mary A. Dodge, a sister of John. The children standing in front of the house are Genevieve Irene Dodge, Lawrence A. Wilkinson Dodge, and Phillip Ammon Dodge.
The lady in the center is Jennie Mae (Sheldon) Dodge, b. March 14, 1871 and d. May 22, 1916. She was the wife of John Heinks Dodge and they married June 7, 1893. This picture was taken in Dixon, Illinois.

Charles Edson Dodge was a son of Ireneus. Charles married Edith Frances Wood, October 24, 1900 in Shelby, Iowa. They had four children.
Phillip Ammon Dodge was a grandson of Ireneus. He was the son of John Heinkes Dodge. He married Frankie Mae Kerns, September 30, 1927 in Galesburg, Illinois. As a man, Phillip worked for C.B.&Q railroad starting in 1925 and on the line gang until 1937 at which time he was made a division line man. He held that job from 1938 until 1970 when he retired.

Phillip Ammon Dodge and his wife, Frankie Mae (Kerns) Dodge, had three children. From the left they are, John Phillip Dodge, Rebecca Mae Dodge, and Marjorie Irene Dodge. Rebecca's married name was WILSON, and Marjorie's married name was GREENE. This picture was taken sometime in the 1940s.
