Subject: Dodge photos of people sent From: "Janet Warter" Date: Sat, 7 Oct 2006 13:56:31 -0700 To: Norman -- I just forwarded the photos of Rufus & wife, Frank Dodge & wife, the 3 children of Frank, and other descendants. These were all in my files, as I had sent them to others several months ago. I will need to go to a disk to get the cemetery stones (all at Marienville Cem., which I think is called North Cem., Forest Co., PA). I will send those tomorrow, after I am sure that you received this first batch. Please Put names with photos and list cemetery names. I am CC ing Barbara Dodge in Denver at the Dodge office. Thank you so much. Note I lost my Maternal Grandmother to the Flu epidemic in 1918. My mother was only 5 months old. My mother was adopted my her mothers sister but her name changed from Luckenbach to Sumner. I have two official birth certtificates for my mother the 2nd of which, the original after my mother was buried. > Norman -- Ruth Larson was a major help to me in getting this Dodge & Mercilliott family data. I believe I found a biography for Rufus Dodge that also gave his parents -- look in my notes under Rufus on Worldconnect to check. > > My sister-in-law is Geraldine (Marsh) Kirchner, daughter of Elizabeth Jane(Betty) Macey & Louis Edward Marsh, of R.D.#2 Latrobe, PA. Betty (Macey) Marsh is dau. of Mabel Blanche (Dodge) Macey (1903-1979) & John Martin Macey/Macy (1897-1954) of Latrobe, PA. Mabel Blanche Dodge was d/o Frank (Peter Francis) Dodge (1866-1909) & Jennie Clarissa Girts. Frank was a son of Rufus Dodge. > > You can locate more on this line in my data at Wordconnect. Frank Dodge died young, his widow Jennie remarried to a Larson (don't know if this was Ruth Larson's connection??). Jennie died in E. Palestine, Ohio in the flu epidemic in 1918. > > Let me know if you want any of the Dodge photos. > > Janet >
