Rev. Bill Dodge  grew up near Binghamton, New York. He attended Baptist Bible College of Pennsylvania and received a Masters Degree from Grand Rapids Baptist Seminary in Grand Rapids, MI. After four years in pastoral ministry, Bill served as the Director of Spiritual Life at Mel Trotter Ministries in Grand Rapids for nine years. Rev. Dodge was also the Executive Director of Exodus Ministries of Hope Network in Grand Rapids, helping former prisoners re-enter the work force.
Rev. Dodge sensed a call to ministry early in life, and as a pastor, found he had a passion to help people who were facing major life problems. This passion led him into Rescue Ministry and Prison work.  Executive Director
